What types of claims do you handle?

We handle hurricane, wind, hail, water, mold, fire, smoke, lightning, roof, plumbing, collapse, and commercial property insurance claims, as well as denied, delayed, and underpaid claims.

A public adjuster represents the policyholder during the insurance claim process — not the insurance company. We help document damages, interpret policy language, prepare estimates, negotiate with the carrier, and work to maximize the recovery owed under the policy.

Yes. The insurance company adjuster works for the carrier. A public adjuster works exclusively for you and helps ensure damages, policy benefits, and claim values are properly evaluated.

A denial does not always mean the claim is over. Many denials involve incomplete investigations, policy interpretation disputes, or damage that was not properly documented. We can review the claim and determine whether additional action may be appropriate.

You may still be entitled to additional compensation if damages were missed, under-scoped, or improperly evaluated. Many supplemental claims arise after contractors begin repairs and uncover additional damage.

Public adjusters are typically paid a percentage of the insurance recovery obtained on your behalf. In most cases, there are no upfront fees for representation.

No. In many cases, professional representation helps organize the claim, improve communication, and move the process forward more efficiently.

Possibly. Depending on the policy, state laws, and claim status, supplemental or reopened claims may be permitted when additional damages are discovered or disputes remain unresolved.

Insurance estimates are not always complete or accurate. We can independently evaluate the damages, review policy coverage, and determine whether the estimate properly reflects the true scope and cost of repairs.

No ethical public adjuster can guarantee coverage or a specific settlement amount. Every claim depends on the policy language, documented damages, available evidence, and facts surrounding the loss. That said, our track record speaks for itself — because properly built claims tend to perform better than wishful thinking and carrier math.

You can speak directly with a licensed representative from NAPAICC, INC. about your property insurance claim, questions, or concerns. Our team works with homeowners, business owners, contractors, and attorneys to help evaluate damages, explain the claims process, and determine the best path forward for your situation.
